Our porfolio was created with a long-term horizon and the objective of bringing a better than average return to out club. It is managed by trained and knowledgeable students from ISCAL, that have experience with the financial markets. This portfolio, although diverse, is mostly constituted by equities and real estate (in the form of REIT's).

 

As mentioned, our goal is to have a better than average ROI, expecting a minimum of 12% per annum (excluding inflation and including dividends), while keeping our risk in a low to medium grade. We look towards long-term investments, which enabless us to maintain an overall consistent return with relatively low risk.
