The human resoucres department has the essential job of creating harmony and unity between all FMC members, as well as non-members. They study the needs of all members analysing strenghts and weaknesses and make changes when they are needed, be it in human capital attraction, or human capital development, which can be exponentially bettered thanks to our vast array of contacts, able and happy to give lectures and seminars on any subject the human resources department feels is lacking and needs to developed within our teams.
